Introduction to Coaching

Coaching is a method used to support and develop individuals in a thought provoking way. The idea behind it is that each individual is creative and resourceful and knows what is right for them. A coach supports this process by encouraging self-awareness, belief, strengthening capability, and action towards a goal.

Tools and techniques are provided throughout. However, it is mostly a non-directive process, encouraging clients to learn what works for them and how to take positive and habitual action.
